By deselecting package protection at checkout, Nekai Léon will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

PRODUCTION TIME
Made-to- order coats are expected to take between 6-7 weeks to make. As soon as it is made, it will be shipped and you will receive a notification email.
DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within the US ship via USPS and typically arrive 2-3 business days after production. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS or unless you choose the Route protection.
