How To Order

Made- to-order Process

Nekai Léon garments are designed, cut and sewn in New York. All the garments that are produced have a buyer attached. Once a garment is ordered, it will be cut, sewn and delivered to you.

1. Choose a style / silhouette. 
2. Use our size chart to pick your correct size. If you do not see your size, please book a consultation.
3. Next, choose your fabric.
4. To ensure that your package is protected by insurance, be sure to click route protection. To learn more please review our Shipping policy.
5. Since this is a customized piece, please note that there aren't any returns or exchanges.  
6. Once you have reviewed the above, place your order. 
7. You can pay in full or pay using our 2 part deposit system. 
8. Your coat will take approximately 6-7 weeks and dusters take 2-3 weeks to make.
9. Once your piece is complete, we will alert you via email that your package has been shipped. You can also choose to do local pickup.
